We appreciate that no two people are the same, which is why if you do choose to come and live with us we will make sure we can accommodate and support you, taking into account your personal needs and lifestyle preferences.

Why choose Independent Living

Our apartments are perfect for the more independent elderly person who doesn't require a care package but would prefer to live within the safety and security of our grounds; you will also have access to meals, housekeeping, laundry and social activities. Whilst renting one of our apartments you can spend as much time in the home in the day as you wish and you can attend all activities, events and trips with our residents.

What facilities are there?

Our Independent Living Apartments offer a comfortable and safe place to live and feature:

• Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower
• Kitchen including small fridge (kettle & microwave not included)
• Comfortable Lounge
• Bedroom with built-in wardrobes

We recommend you bring your own furniture, pictures and personal belongings to really make your new apartment your home!

Dining and Meals

You are invited to dine with our residents in our spacious dining room for all meals, or they can be brought to you to enjoy in your flat on trays.

An emergency call bell is located in the apartment if emergency assistance is needed. And there is also parking available for guests in our car park.
